Gift wrapping Ideas for you - Christmas 2010

Hello, I'm about to take the plane to Paris to visit a craft exhibition when I was thinking about how to gift wrap the products I sold yesterday. Here's a useful post via Bugs and Fishes. Any other ideas?

Pompoms - fun pompoms, great for using up scraps of yarn leftover from your knitting projects

Fun with Fonts - the perfect giftwrap for typography-lovers!

Snowflakes - decorate your packages with classic paper snowflakes

Vintage Stamps - use vintage Christmas stamps to decorate gift tags, or wrap your gift like an old-fashioned parcel tied up with string

Faux Bois - use woodgrain sticky-back-plastic to wrap your gifts and top them with a cluster of brown paper oak leaves

Butterfly Basket
- a pretty way to dress up gifts of potted flowers or garden cuttings

Doilies - skip the ribbons and bows and add frills galore with decorated doilies

Wallpaper - quirky giftwrap made using textured wallpaper

Brooches and Badges - use vintage brooches and old badges (buttons) as gift-toppers

Buttons and Ric Rac - gift wrapping for your crafty friends, add buttons to your trim or make a button-covered gift tag

Cake Ribbon - add a luxe look to your wrapping with fancy gold and silver paper ribbon designed for wrapping round cakes

Have a good week end!
